PURPOSE:
To effectively contribute to the growth and success of the business through developing and winning new business and successfully placing candidates, for the mutual benefit of the business, clients, candidates and colleagues; and to achieve this in a manner which upholds and promotes the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES (over and above those of a Recruiter job specification)

To generate and earn fees in line with agreed fee income targets, placements and contractor numbers

Work with, motive and manage the teams shared recruitment assistant resource

Manage the recruitment process and develop their assigned area of recruitment activity

Identify and successfully develop new business opportunities
-
Assess and meet client/candidate demands, advising best processes as appropriate and match client/candidate requirements by:

Effective utilisation of Bond Adapt database
-
Advertised assignments
-
Head hunt
-
Full utilisation of all company services
-
Attend client visits and prepare written proposals when and where required

Negotiate terms of business, agree fee arrangements with new clients in line with company policy and record these on the Adapt database

Work with, train and advise Resourcers, Recruiters and RA’s
-
Act in account management/single point of contact when required

Attend exhibitions, networking events, industry related events as required and where appropriate to maintain market and industry knowledge

Ensure clients, candidates and colleagues are at all times given a positive and professional image of the business

Have an awareness of all company business units, identifying and communicating opportunities to the relevant Manager
