referral scheme 

REFER A FRIEND TO US, ONCE THEY ARE PLACED WE'LL PAY YOU £500

​

• We will pay you £500 as soon as your person has completed the required probationary period and we have received a fee for their introduction.

​​

• There is no limit to how many of your friends or colleagues you can recommend.​

​

• To qualify for the referral scheme the candidate must not be registered with us or if registered we have not had contact with them in the last two years.

​

• Referrals are valid for 6 months from the date the candidate was referred. In the instance where a candidate is introduced by more than one person, the 1st referrer only will qualify for the referral bonus.

​

• The candidate must complete 12 weeks employment for the referrer to qualify for a referral bonus.

​

• Please note, referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Jones Search & Selection is already aware of the candidate.

​

• Payments will only be made on the first placement, for example, if Jones Search & Selection places the same candidate on a future occasion, a second referral bonus will not be paid to the original referee.

​

• Only permanent placements qualify.

​

• Jones Search & Selection's decision will be final on all disputes.
