This growth plan has presented an exciting opportunity for a search specialist to join their professional team based at their modern offices in Warwick.

 

Your Role

 

Your role as a search specialist is to place talent within C-Suite roles including CEO, COO, CFO roles and establish your network by managing vacancies across the senior skill-set. An important part of this role is to be able to create openings within the senior engineering technical/ manufacturing market.

 

They are looking for a team player who holds a track record as a strong performer in the senior market and who is looking to develop a long-term career. Average fees are typically £50,000 so they are looking for a market leader with the skills to deliver at this level.

 

Successful applicants should have the following skills or experience:

 

• 5 years minimum experience servicing senior / executive assignments 

• Retained or exclusive assignment experience essential

• Strong relationship building skills

• knowledge and experience of 360 entire recruitment process

Previous experience as a senior search recruitment consultant is essential.
